Pre-conference training

Pre-conference training will take place on Wednesday 11 July 2012, and will be all day.

  • Morning session - Efficiency - How to make the most efficiencies through your LMS. With current budget cuts the need to make your LMS as ‘agile’ as possible is a definite requirement. This session will make sure your lms system is set up for the Olympics!
  • Afternoon session - Tidying up your catalogue – Housekeeping your catalogue - The job most libraries would love to get to but often just don’t know where to start! Why not start here and set yourself up for the next few years….?

We do have an option on some alternative topics if you prefer but can only run 2 physical sessions so have picked what we think are the most popular topics. If you would like to request a different topic please email echamb01@bucks.ac.uk and we can see if it may be possible.
