2012 conference

Date and venue will be 12-13 July 2012, Royal York Hotel, York, UK.

We are aiming to do a similar programme to 2011 with training being organised on Wed 11 July by SirsiDynix and two full days of conference to follow.

The conference package will include accommodation costs so all you will have to add to the budget will be travel costs. Information on costs will be available soon for those who need to prepare business cases.

At this stage can we ask you to think about the following:

1. Any topics you would like included in the training - emails to our conference subcommitte chair (Elizabeth Chamberlain) or Barbara Pacut at SirsiDynix.
   
   
2. Any topics⁄papers you could offer as part of the conference - the conference is only as good as those who are willing to participate. There will be a speaker discount available as in previous years should you offer a paper. The Programme group will start to get going in the next few weeks so please look out for the announcements.
